Suzy has donating the  little white skirt from Something Up My Sleeve
(Hee Haw honey outfit) and asked us to let folks know in case they want to bid.
The Auction is to help build a Fellowship Hall at the
Mt Moriah General Baptist Church, Portland TN 37148
Bidders on the Internet can send their bids to the email address below.  Bidding from the net will end Friday night and the high bid will then open the bidding at the on-site auction on Saturday (October 21st).   As always, the item goes to the high bidder, from either the live auction or the internet.

With the skirt will be a signed 20 Greatest Hits cd and a Hee Haw Honey Photo.

Suzy Featured At Broadmoor Christmas Production
September 23, 2006

Suzy will be the featured artist for shows at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO  Directory of entertainment, Ken Miller, is creating the production "A Rocky Mountain Christmas" to be presented at the Broadmoor in December. The Upcoming Events Section at Broadmooentertainment.com describes the show as:

"A Rocky Mountain Christmas" - Featuring the incredibile Suzy Bogguss.   Also performing, Colorado's favorite Jim Salestrom, The Broadmoors own Lila Mori, The Colorado Springs Childrens Chorale, The Colorado Springs Youth Orchestra with The Broadmoor Pops Orchestra under the direction of The Broadmoors Directory of Entertainment, Ken Miller. Dates are December 14, 15, 16, and December 21, 22,23, 24.  This will be a wonderful holiday experience for everyone. Lots of holiday favorites and of course the hits of Suzy Bogguss.

"Today is the day we illuminate the hunger in our country! I have been on the board of the Nashville Second Harvest Food bank for almost two years. It has changed me. I now have big dreams of helping with the problem of hunger and malnutrition in our fair city and also in the U.S."

"Along with a various and stellar cast of artists and participants I have  painted a lunchbox for an auction to benefit the cause. It turned out  pretty good but I wouldn't take it to the lunchroom. It's fragile!"

SUZY PREVIEWS SONGS FROM NEXT CD
March 1, 2006

Suzy was in Chicago on Wednesday 3/15 and returned to the airways thanks to WGN's Steve and Johnnie show   She shared a few cuts from he upcoming album along with a number of stories on how the songs came about.  Steve and Johnnie were very graciouis hosts and kept Suzy in the studio for an hour longer than previous scheduled to the delight of many of her fans that were listening.  Several called in and emailed her while she was on the air.
The songs she previewed included: No Good Way to Go, Heaven, 
Even If, Everything, and Bus Ride.
